Best flour for sourdough in the UK?

Tried Marriages and Shipton Mill. Shipton Mill organic strong white is my current favorite. What does everyone else use?

Matthews Cotswold flour is my go-to. Their Type 85 is phenomenal for sourdough.

Shipton Mill is great. I also rate Gilchesters — they grow heritage grains in Northumberland.
