My starter goes crazy in 40C heat. Feeding twice a day barely keeps up. Anyone found a good schedule for hot climates?

Try keeping it in the fridge and only taking it out for feeds. Works great in Bangalore summers too.

I use a wine cooler set to 22C. Keeps the fermentation predictable year-round.
