Plateaued at V5 for months. Currently climb 3x per week. Should I add hangboard work or just climb more?

Hangboard work made the biggest difference for me. Even 10 minutes 3x per week.

Counterpoint: just climb more. Hangboard is useful but technique is what gets you past V5.

Both are right. Add one hangboard session and focus on footwork the rest of the time.
