Pen and watercolor wash, about 45 minutes. The light was perfect in the late afternoon. Winsor & Newton field set.

The watercolor wash is so confident. How do you keep it from bleeding into the ink lines?

I use a waterproof ink pen — Platinum Carbon Ink. Let it dry fully before washing over.
