Heart, Coava, and Sterling are my go-tos. Any hidden gems I'm missing? Prefer medium roasts for milk drinks.

Push x Pull in inner SE does phenomenal espresso blends. Also try Nossa Familia.

Proud Mary for single origins. Their Ethiopian naturals are incredible through espresso.
