Dark rye, 30% whole rye flour, caraway and fennel seeds. Dense but incredibly flavorful. Two-day process but worth it.

That looks incredible. How sour does it get with rye? I find rye ferments much faster.

The caraway and fennel combo is classic. Does it toast well? Rye toast with butter is heaven.
